A laser SLAM lifting robot is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) that picks up and hauls pallets around with a navigation system that uses LiDAR-based Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM). The on-board laser does its own mapping as it goes, creating a real-time layout of your facility & where in that layout the robot is situated at any given moment. As a result, it can steer clear of people and obstacles all on its own & precision aligns its forks with the pallets it’s moving with surgical accuracy. JC Intelligent comes in a range of 7 different models with load capacities from 400 kg to 1,500 kg, all of which offer 6 – 8 hours of continuous runtime, positioning accuracy of ±5 mm, and travel speeds up to 1.5 m/s. You can choose between a standard pallet jack and a 360° rotating pallet jack, both designed to thrive in both narrow-aisle and high-throughput environments.
