Intelligent Loading and Unloading System

This system typically consists of core modules such as a conveyor line, intelligent recognition unit, customized lifting robot, and flexible grippers. When a pallet fully loaded with goods is transported by a stacker crane to the outbound terminal, the system uses visual recognition technology to perceive and locate the goods' shape, size, and stacking posture on the pallet. Subsequently, industrial robots, according to a preset program, drive grippers (such as mechanical claws and suction cups) to automatically grasp and transfer boxed or palletized goods, and stack them in an orderly and rational manner according to the space within the truck and the loading sequence.

The application of this system aims to replace the traditional manual loading mode, freeing employees from high-intensity, repetitive handling labor. Through automated and intelligent loading and unloading operations, it helps reduce the damage to goods that may be caused by manual operation and strives to ensure the consistency and stability of the operational process. At the same time, the system can be integrated with upper-level management software to automatically obtain loading task orders, providing technical support for optimizing outbound efficiency and realizing digital management of the last mile of logistics.
